About 21 Glasshouse

We inserted a new lift core, enabling us to relocate the office entrance from Regent Street to Glasshouse Street, unifying the existing retail street frontage on Regent Street. The new office entrance is framed by a unique bronze canopy and showcases light and art, while exposed surfaces with a central raft of fins add a Soho feel. The desk was carved by sculptor Simon Hitchens from a 45 ton rock from a Crown Estate quarry in Wales.

On the top floor we discovered an empty double height mansard which we transformed into 4,000ft2 of prime office space with full height glass sliding doors that lead out to terrace, meadow and dramatic views across London.
