About 60 Sloane Avenue

Situated on Sloane Avenue, number 60 was originally design as the motorcar showroom for Harrods with distinctive terracotta cladding to the façade.

The development proposal includes enhancements to the existing building including a new contemporary entrance and enlarged reception, upgraded core and open plan CAT A office space, a communal roof terrace and new end of trip facilities in the basement.

The existing façade will be restored and replicated to complete the historic composition that was never finalised due to the onset of WWII. An additional 5th floor extension is added to provide an additional 15,000 sq ft of grade A office space.

The building is designed to achieve high sustainability benchmarks with WELL Gold, BREEAM Excellent.
