About Lynton House
The existing building was fully occupied but lacked good occupier facilities and amenity spaces. Unusually for central London the site also includes a large car park that was not well used.
The car park presented an opportunity to create a new build cycle facility without eating into valuable internal floorspace. The timber structure features prefabricated elements to simplify and speed up the build. Internally the spaces are fitted out to a high-quality gym like spec.
The building also had a large flat roof area with spectacular views across London. As part of the works this space has been converted into a roof terrace for exclusive use by building occupiers. The new terrace includes a covered bar area, sheltered seating zones, work zones and a flexible space for events or activities.
