Jonathan Allwood

Director

Jonathan joined Barr Gazetas in 2008 and became an Equity Director in 2016. He leads the teams within the office in charge of delivering projects for the likes of Grosvenor, Hines, and St Martins Property. During his time at Barr Gazetas, Jonathan has taken a key role in numerous large-scale refurbishment and retrofit schemes, including Grain House, Holbein Gardens and The Royal Academy of Arts. Jonathan's passion for sustainability is reflected across the business and projects. He leads our environmental and carbon reduction strategies as part of our ongoing commitment to carbon neutrality. He is also a Judge for the AJ Retrofit Awards.

Zurine Alonso

Architect

Zurine joined Barr Gazetas in 2016 as an Architect and has since worked on several commercial refurbishment projects like Power Road Studios, and has seen the design development and delivery of Grain House from concept to completion.  Zurine graduated from the Architecture School of San Sebastian in Spain and spent a year at La Sapienza University in Rome, where she gained skills in the maintenance and restoration of classical buildings.

Manisha Bhavsar

Senior Architect

Manisha joined Barr Gazetas in 2014 as a Senior Architect, having worked at Feilden+Mawson, gaining experience on new build residential projects and adaptation work of historic buildings. During her time at Barr Gazetas, Manisha has been part of the teams delivering projects like Tower House Lewisham, Power Road Studio 5, Broadwalk House and Yarnwicke. She has a keen eye for detail, with a focus on historical building restoration and heritage.

Federica Bonaccorsi

Architect

Federica joined Barr Gazetas in 2018, having previously worked with practices in London and Italy, and recently got promoted to Architect after completing her Part 3 studies at the University of Westminster. Federica's experience spans across the residential, public realm, restoration and commercial sectors. Most recently, Federica has focused on the commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors, having been involved in the design, development, and delivery stages of The Kodak and 16 St Martins Le Grand.

Iain Botha

BIM Manager

Iain joined Barr Gazetas in 2015 as a BIM Manager and leads the BIM capabilities and team within the practice. Iain's speciality lies within Revit and Navisworks and since joining, he has contributed to projects such as the Royal Academy of Arts and most recently Grain House, 42 Wigmore Street and Power Road Studio. Iain holds an Architecture Master’s Degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa and previously worked on a variety of commercial and industrial projects around Johannesburg and Pretoria..

Renata Bruni

Finance Director

Renata joined Barr Gazetas in 2005 as our Studio Manager after qualifying in Accounting and Finance at Southbank University. She was promoted to Finance Manager in 2014 and Finance Director in March 2021. Renata looks over the financial side of the business and is an active member of the AFMG (Architects Financial Management Group).

Hannah Chalmers-Stevens

Associate Director

Hannah joined Barr Gazetas in 2007 after meeting founder Alistair Barr whilst studying her Part 3 at the University of Greenwich. She was promoted to Associate Director in 2019 and has recently been involved in a variety of intricate projects for EQT, British Land and Hines. Hannah has a keen eye for space planning and notable interiors experience. She leads the fit out sector at the practice and is currently working on the delivery of Broadwick Street and Grain House fit out. Hannah is also an active member of Women in Property, NLA and the BCO.

Shonnah Coetser

Architectural Designer

Shonnah joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Architectural Designer. Shonnah relocated to the UK in 2016 from South Africa where she gained experience working in commercial, retail and resort projects internationally. During her time in the UK, she has worked on multiple high-rise residential and mixed-use schemes.During her time at Barr Gazetas, Shonnah has been part of the delivery teams for 7 High Street, Grain House and is currently part of the 4 Coleman Street team.

Andrea Cottam

Associate

Andrea joined Barr Gazetas in 2017 after working several years in Cape Town. She was promoted to Associate in 2022 and has since worked on multiple commercial and fit out projects for clients like The Crown Estate and more recently, St Martins Property and Grosvenor. Andrea completed her Part III at the Bartlett School of Architecture and is currently leading the Delivery of London's first purpose built building, 'The Kodak'.

Harry Crow

Architectural Assistant

Harry joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant after graduating from the University of the West of England in 2021. Since joining, Harry has been involved in multiple commercial retrofit projects, including the fit out of 6 St Andrew's Street. His expertise in 3D modelling/printing helps us bring our projects to life. Harry also holds a degree in Behavioral Economics from the University of Bristol, which helps him understand the systems underlying the built environment.

Jon Eaglesham

Managing Director

Jon joined Barr Gazetas in 2002 and became an equity director in 2012. In 2016 Jon took responsibility for the studio's governance and relationships, taking the role of Managing Director. Jon is involved with projects at every level and contributes to all internal design reviews. He manages the growth and development of the practice and leads many of our projects for clients The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, British Land and Marsfields. Jon drives our passion for knowledge and ideas and takes a keen interest in nurturing new projects and refining the brief and the concept with the teams. Jon's passion for sustainability is reflected across the practice. He is also a Sustainability Specialist for the RIBA Awards, and a judge for the BCO, Civic Trust and WAN Awards. Jon is an active member of the UKGBC, NLA, BCO, and The London Society, and in 2019 was elected to the BCO Board of Management

Derin Fadina

Architectural Assistant

Derin joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, having gained his Master's in Architecture. He has experience across private residential, urban research and community projects within London and the South East, and most recently has focused on commercial refurbishment schemes. Derin is also a visiting critic at the University of Westminster, where he studied and is an active member of NAW.

Sebastian Fernandez

Architectural Designer

Sebastian joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Architectural Designer with over 10 years of experience in complex regeneration projects like the Alexandra Palace east wing and other conservation projects, with a focus on technical design. Sebastian completed his studies in Technical Architecture and Building Engineering in Spain before moving to the UK in 2011 and has since further qualified in Construction Project Management. Sebastian is currently working on the delivery of The Goslett, a sensitive refurbishment project at the heart of Soho.

Paul Fielding

Architect

Paul joined Barr Gazetas in 2019 as an Architect after his time at Wilkinson Eyre, where he worked on several prestigious new build commercial projects, including a 250m tall tower, sky park, and transport hub in Toronto. During his time at Barr Gazetas, he has been part of multiple dynamic projects and has seen projects like The Goslett, Cottam House and Mid City Place from concept to completion. Paul holds degrees from the University of Sheffield and Liverpool University.

Robert Forsyth

Architectural Assistant

Robert joined Barr Gazetas in 2023 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, having studied at The Mackintosh School of Architecture and The University of Liverpool.

Robert is currently part of the team delivering an exciting new project for client Grosvenor. His thesis project focused on circular economy principles and material reuse and how sustainable architecture affects social and economic systems.

Holly Freeman

Architectural Assistant

Holly Joined Barr Gazetas in 2019 as Part 1 Architectural Assistant having graduated from Ravensbourne University London. During her time at Barr Gazetas, Holly has been involved throught the different design stages for projects like Cottam House and most recently, The Goslett. Holly is currently undertaking her Part 2 MArch diploma at The University of Greenwich.

Lorenzo Garofoli

Architect

Lorenzo joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Architect and has since been part of the team delivering one of our pioneering projects Grain House. Following his Master's Degree graduation from the University of Palermo, Lorenzo moved to London and quickly gained experience working on small private residential schemes and mixed-use commercial schemes in central London. Lorenzo champions sustainability within the practice and drives innovation within our projects, ensuring best practices at all times. He became an ARB registered Architect in 2018.

Eddy Garton

Architectural Assistant

Eddy joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 after completing his Part 1 at the University of Brighton and has since used his experience with virtual reality and 3D representation to enhance our design process and approach whilst improving how we communicate and present our projects. In recent months, he has been part of the delivery team for The Grain House and 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens and has been involved in the stage 4 designs for 42 Wigmore Street.

Urko Gorostizaga

Architect

Urko joined Barr Gazetas in 2018 as an Architect and is currently the lead Architect for 20-22 Berkeley Square. Urko's previous experience includes residential, public realm and restoration projects in the UK and Spain. He graduated from the Architecture University of Alcalá and spent a year at University of Technology in Wrocław, Poland, where he gained skills within heritage and conservation.

Maria Gosende

Marketing Coordinator

Maria joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator, having worked at the RIBA within the London Team. Her experience working with different size practices gave her an insight into the marketing requirements of the industry, which led to creating creative campaigns that champion the best Architecture. Maria puts her organisational skills to work creating marketing strategies, social media campaigns and coordinating press releases and events within our practice. She champions our projects and ensures our brand shines through.

Beatriz Guijarro

Architect

Beatriz joined Barr Gazetas in 2019 after gaining her degree at the University of Alcala and working in Madrid for a few years. Her experience ranges from residential to commercial retrofit and retail and has a keen interest in interior design. Recently, Beatriz has been part of the CMT delivery team for the interior fit out of Grain House and the delivery of stage 4 for Bonhill Street.

Savvas Havatzias

Architectural Designer

Savvas joined Barr Gazetas in 2015 as an Architectural Assistant and was promoted to Architect in 2017 having completed his Part 3 at the University of East London. During his time at Barr Gazetas, Savvas has seen multiple projects from concept to completion like Bedford Park, Duke Street and 39 St James amongst others. He brings our projects to life as a visualiser and is part of the team delivering 6 St Andrews Street. Savvas has won multiple architectural prizes and competitions like the RIBA Regent Street project and the AJ's Future reception competition.

Marc Iffland

Associate

Marc joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Associate, with strong technical knowledge and a track record delivering significantly high-quality buildings, primarily in the residential-led high-rise sector. Since joining, Marc has taken the lead on the delivery of 7 High Street, a complex cut-and-carve office development at the heart of Ealing. Marc is a German and US-trained Architect and is part of the team leading technical excellence and innovation within the practice.

Natalija Janovica

Architect

Natalija joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Architect bringing a wealth of experience in the redevelopment and restoration of Grade II Listed Buildings, residential developments and small commercial projects. During her time at Barr Gazetas, she has been involved in the delivery of 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens and recently, 67 Grosvenor Square. She completed her Part 3 at the University of Westminster and holds a degree in Architecture and Planning from the University of Riga, Latvia.

Tom Jordan

Technical Director

Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2013 and became a Technical Director in 2021. Tom is in charge of the QMS and Technical Review of all projects in the office as part of our QA procedures and attends all of our Stage kick-off reviews. During his time working in Boston, USA, Tom gained experience on a wide range of international projects, including civic buildings, museum exhibitions, commercial buildings, laboratories, private and multi-residential and furniture design. He currently leads the teams delivering Yarnwicke and 20-22 Berkeley Square and has delivered multiple projects from concept to completion for the likes of The Crown Estate, Aberdeen Standard, MHA London, amongst others.

Stefan Kloos

BIM Technician

Stefan joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as a BIM Technician, having worked on a variety of private residential and mixed-use projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards. Stefan graduated from the University of Westminster as an Architectural technologist and is on bridging Computer Aided Design softwares with the construction process to minimise material waste and time on site.

Laurens Koster

Social Media Assistant

Laurens joined Barr Gazetas in 2023 as our Social Media Assistant. After completing a two-week architecture internship with us, he became curious about the marketing side of the business, having had some previous experience with social media management and content creation. His efforts are key to strengthening our identity, expanding our online presence and sharing our vision and values. Laurens is currently completing his Part 1 at the University of Westminster.

Tom Lacey

Director

Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2006 and became an Equity director in 2016. Tom leads the teams delivering complex projects for Schroders, Aberdeen Standard, Oxford Properties and British Land amongst others, and the social pillar at the practice, with overall responsibility for practice development and training. Tom has a wealth of experience designing and delivering projects of different scales and a passion for sustainability-led design in the reimagining and repurposing of existing buildings. He currently leads the teams delivering the refurbishment and fit out of 6 St Andrews Street, 220 Queenstown Road and 1 Golden Lane. Tom is an active BCO member and an Architects Journal Retrofit Awards judge.

Laura Lamont

Architect

Laura joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Architect and has since worked on projects like 20-22 Berkeley Square and 52 Grosvenor Gardens. Laura's experience lies within the residential and commercial sectors having delivered large-scale projects like the London City Island. Laura completed her architectural education in Cornwall, Liverpool and London and holds her Professional Diploma from Westminster University.

Sydne Langbridge

Architectural Designer

Sydne joined BArr Gazetas in 2018 as an Architectural Designer, and completed her Part 3 Studies in 2022 from The Bartlett, UCL.During her time at Barr Gazetas, Sydne has been involved in several projects of varying scales, including Broadwalk House, 40 Grosvenor Place and most recently 220 Queenstown Road and Battersea Studios. Before Barr Gazetas, Sydne gained experience in high-end residential and educational projects with a special interest in Heritage and bespoke design. Sydne graduated with a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Cape Town and registered as a professional Architect in South Africa before relocating to London.

Anastasija Lukjanenko

Architect

After graduating from the University of Dundee and completing her professional diploma at the University of Westminster, Anastasija participated in several competitions on UNESCO heritage sites while working in Riga. Returning to London she gained valuable experience in a design-led practice working on commercial and residential projects of varying scales before joining Barr Gazetas as an Architect in 2019. Anastasija also holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Latvia.

Maria Mantikou

Architect

Maria joined in 2022 as an Architect, having worked for eight years plus on commercial and residential projects of various scales across London and Britain. Maria has extensive experience leading sensitive community-led infill and deep retrofit schemes to existing post-war housing blocks, including the Grade II listed Barbican Estate. She currently is part of the teams delivering the fit out for 30 Broadwick Street and 6 St Andrews Street. Maria gained her RIBA Part 3 qualification from The Bartlett, UCL and holds her Architecture degrees from the University of Plymouth and The Canterbury School of Architecture.

Rebecca Martin

Associate

Rebecca joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as a Senior Architect and was promoted to Associate later that same year. She brings years of valuable experience to the team, having worked on significant educational, residential, commercial, and governmental projects for 20+ years. Rebecca is currently leading our Goslett scheme, a commercial redevelopment in Soho. She champions our Client Monitoring Team, a role she performs on several of our projects, and is part of the group leading technical excellence within the practice. She also leads our EDI and Mental Health forums, and mentors the younger generations promoting diversity and inclusion in relation to both our practice and our work.

Eamonn McCormack

Interior Designer

Eamonn joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 with over eight years of experience in interior design within commercial, engineering and financial sectors. As our in-house Interior Designer, Eamonn ensures our schemes promote wellbeing and collaboration through the use of biophilia, natural and sustainable materials and innovative furniture. Eammon has been most recently involved in the delivery stage for The Grain House fit out and 30 Broadwick Street.

Jasmine McKenzie

Architectural Assistant

Jasmine joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, having completed her MArch Architecture Degree from the University of Greenwich. Prior to Barr Gazetas, she gained experience in varying sectors including commercial, education and private residential, with a focus on interior design. Since joining Barr Gazetas, Jasmine has been part of the delivery teams for 30 Broadwick Street, Grain House CAT B, and most recently, 6 St Andrews Street, further establishing her experience within interior fit out with a commercial focus.

Alexia Michael 

Architect

Alexia joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Architect having studied at University of Westminster and previously working with Squire & Partners. Since qualifying as an Architect in 2017, Alexia has taken several commercial projects along Regent Street from concept to completion, as well as prestigious new build masterplan projects in a previous role including The Broadway in Victoria SW1, London.

Ana Moskaliova

BIM Technician

Ana joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as a BIM Technician, having completed her RIBA Part 3 qualification and previously working with Perkins+Will. Before this, Ana gained valuable Revit experience in varying sectors such as commercial, education and private residential, with a focus on BIM design and construction coordination. She is part of our BIM Team and is currently working on the delivery of 42 Wigmore Street.

Polina Oikonomakou

Architect

Polina joined Barr Gazetas in 2018 as an Architect, having previously worked with practices in London and Greece. Polina has worked on a variety of projects, including residential, retail, and commercial, gaining experience on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects. She currently is part of the team delivering the refurbishment and fit out of 6 St Andrews Street for client GPE. She completed both her degrees at the University of Plymouth and gained her Part 3 qualification from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2017.

Pradumn Pamidighantam

Senior Architect

Pradumn joined Barr Gazetas in 2014 having previously worked with practices in London and Liverpool. He was promoted to Senior Architect in 2020, and recently delivered The Crown Estates’ first co-working scheme at One Heddon Street while developing our design approach in this sector. He has experience implementing emerging wellbeing standards and is a visiting lecturer at Nottingham Trent University and the University of Liverpool where he studied. He is also an active member of the BCO and The Academy of Urbanism.

Marcus Pethica

Associate

Marcus joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Associate, with over 20 years experience working at design-led studios. Marcus' experience is wide-ranging, having worked on masterplans, high-end residential and commercial schemes. He currently leads multiple teams delivering projects for The Crown Estate and Railpen. Marcus enjoys developing concept identities specific to the context and creating a design language that is both experiential and aspirational.

Dale Ratcliff

Architect

Dale joined Barr Gazetas in 2023 as an Architect, having completed his professional studies at the University of Westminster. Previous to this, Dale worked at daab design where he gained experience in the residential, education and aviation sectors having worked on projects from concept to completion. Since joining, Dale has been working with the team delivering one of our upcoming public realm projects.

Tom Riddell-Webster

Architect

Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2020 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant after graduating from Westminster University with distinction and became an Architect in 2022. Tom worked at Foster + Partners before joining Barr Gazetas, where he worked on a wide range of projects, including Alabama’s Global Institute for Freedom and Justice and JP Morgan's headquarters in New York. Since joining, he has worked on our first Later Living scheme for Marstead Living, the retrofit of 7 High Street and the commercial fit out of 1 Golden Lane, amongst others. Tom's thesis project was also nominated for the AJ Student Prize 2020.

Becca Robertson

Finance Coordinator

Becca Joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as our Finance Coordinator, supporting all financial aspects of the practice's activities. She has prior experience working in accountancy and financial services having gained her qualifications from Bournemouth University. Becca is currently studying for her ACCA chartered accountancy exams, having passed the first one.

Shukti Sahni

Architectural Assistant

Shukti joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, having worked at Sheppard Robson, where she was part of the delivery stages for multiple high-end residential schemes. At Barr Gazetas, Shukti brings her experience in Revit to the design and delivery of BIM projects like Watch Tower House and 42 Wigmore Street. She has also been part of the 7 High Street team during the early delivery stages. Shukti completed her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi and her Masters at the Architectural Association. She also holds a bachelor's Degree in Bharatnatyam (the oldest form of Classical Dance).

Tom Saxton

Architect

Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Architect after successfully completing his Postgraduate Diploma at the University of Westminster in 2021. Prior to that, Tom worked for several years at a micro practice designing specialist indoor and outdoor swimming pools across the United Kingdom and also gained experience working on high-end domestic projects and listed buildings. Tom is part of the teams delivering 4 Coleman Street and a few new exciting projects for The Crown Estate. Tom developed his postgraduate design thesis under Rachel Armstrong in her Experimental Architecture Studio and worked alongside Samuel Austin and Edward Wainwright in their Newcastle After Dark Postgraduate Linked Research Project.

Simon Scarlett

Senior Architect

Simon joined Barr Gazetas in 2015 as an Architect having previously worked at Wilkinson Eyre and Milan. He was promoted to Senior Architect in 2022.

Simon has experience on a series of international projects ranging from large, infrastructural and high-rise schemes in North America; to residential developments in Europe and Africa; as well as several smaller-scale refurbishments and new-builds in rural and urban Britain.

Simon is currently the lead Senior Architect for 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens and CMT for 20-22 Berkeley Square.

Katie Sexton

Receptionist

Katie joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as our Receptionist and has since transitioned to Studio Coordinator and Marketing Assistant. Katie holds a degree in Modern History from the University of Essex and multiple certifications in sustainability, mental and physical health and wellbeing. With her experience, Katie ensures the smooth running of our studio and facilities and helps care for everyone within the practice. Katie is also part of our mental health first aid team.

Yana Shymanovich

Architectural Designer

Yana joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Architectural Designer and has since been involved throughout all stages of our new build project, Power Road Studio 5. Yana has experience working in large commercial, industrial and small-to-medium-scale residential projects and has a passion for environmentally sustainable and socially conscious design. Yana graduated with a degree in Architecture from Belarus and completed her Master’s in Sustainable Buildings and Environment at Newcastle University.

Neda Soltani

Architectural Assistant

Neda joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, having obtained her Masters degree and graduating with distinction from the University of Westminster, and is currently working towards her Part 3. Neda has worked both in Seville and London, and her experience lies within the residential and commercial refurbishment sectors, as well as interior fit out. At Barr Gazetas, she is part of the delivery team for 42 Wigmore Street. Neda is also a co-tutor in the Reimagining Cities Masters module at the University of Westminster and was nominated for the RIBA Bronze President Medal with her thesis project.

William Swales

Architect

Will joined Barr Gazetas in 2022 as an Architect, and is part of the teams delivering projects for CBRE and Fruition. Prior to joining Barr Gazetas, Will worked at ESA Architecture for 8+ years, where he gained experience working on redevelopment, commercial office, residential, and masterplanning projects. Will obtained his Masters and Postgraduate degrees from the University of Westminster and also held a part time assistant teaching position at Westminster University, where he helped in the training of undergraduate Architecture students.

Tom Sykes

Senior Architect

Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2020 as an Architect and was promoted to Senior Architect in 2022. After graduating with a distinction from Northumbria University, Tom moved to London and completed his professional diploma at Westminster University in 2016. Tom is currently the lead Senior Architect for 7 High Street and Yarnwicke and has a wealth of experience on a variety of projects in residential, cultural, and commercial design. Tom’s first-hand experience in London commercial design has led to a number of completed projects, which have allowed him to widen his knowledge and skillsets.

Jakob Tauman

Senior Architect

Jakob joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Architect and was promoted to Senior Architect in 2022, having previously worked in Demark and Spain. Jakob's experience lies within the mixed-use commercial and residential sectors but most recently has been involved in multiple commercial retrofit and fit out projects within the practice. Jakob currently leads the refurbishment of 15 Bonhill Street, a commercial retrofit project featuring a 200m2 living green wall.

Tina Williams

Associate

Tina joined Barr Gazetas in 2012  as an Architectural Assistant after graduating from the University of Brighton and was promoted to Associate in 2019. During her time at Barr Gazetas, Tina has worked on on several commercial projects and has led a series of landscaping and amenity enhancements to Battersea Studios. Her work in the residential sector includes a modern extension to the Tower House in Lewisham, an Art Deco former cooperative department store. Tina currently leads the team delivering public realm enhancements to Heddon Street. Tina's interest in public engagement design has resulted in opportunities to be part of multiple events for Open City Archikids and RIBA Day of Play. She is a member of Women in Property and active in mentoring new staff members.

Magnus Wills

Associate

Magnus joined Barr Gazetas in 2021 as an Associate, taking the lead on the delivery of Grain House and 42 Wigmore Street. Magnus' experience spans a wide range of sectors, including large and complex projects in sensitive historic locations and award-winning schemes for MICA, BDP and Panter Hudspith Architects. He has experience implementing high-quality, low embodied carbon solutions that deliver the best value for clients.

Students and
pathways

Barr Gazetas offer work experience opportunities to school students, paid internships to architecture students at all levels, and extensive support to those staff working towards completing their studies while working full or part time. Our interns gain experience through working on live projects and are paid for their valued contributions. We provide financial and mentoring support to those within the practice working towards their Part 3 and undertaking either their Part 1 or 2 conversions. We have close ties with the University of Westminster, University of Greenwich, Anglia Ruskin University, and the RIBA Student Mentoring Scheme and in addition to these partnerships, we welcome individual work experience and internship applications. Learning and
Development

Barr Gazetas' understands the importance of developing the knowledge and skills of our staff. We do this through a training plan that includes mentoring, comprehensive CPD and Genius Hours, internal skills training programme and open talks for knowledge sharing. In addition, we provide a personal training budget towards training staff's individual needs, and practice-wide group training for important universal skills. As a practice, we enjoy an annual study trip over two days in the summer and encourage team-building tours and gallery visits. We hold memberships to NLA, BCO and other affiliations with access to their programmes of events.
