We are thrilled that Grainhouse has won the Mixed Use category at the New London Awards 2024. Our project was shortlisted alongside some remarkable refurbishment schemes across London, ranging from hotel-led to housing-led developments.

Supported by the Mayor of London, these awards celebrate "the best new projects across all sectors that make a positive contribution to their surroundings." They highlight efforts towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable London. We are proud to be recognised among an outstanding selection of winning projects, including Westminster Chapel, the Martin Luther King Adventure Playground, and the Young V&A.

It’s an honour for our hard work to be acknowledged in this way, and the entire team couldn’t be prouder.
