We're please to announce Marc Iffland's promotion to Project Director and Delivery Lead.

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver schemes at many scales, with precision, technical expertise and cost efficiency. Marc’s passion for these project stages, his experience in delivery work and his leadership skills, make him the idea team member to lead this area of the business.

What's been your favourite project to work on at Barr Gazetas so far, and why?

“The one? Difficult to say. Different aspects of various projects make up the picture.

I loved the Ealing High Street project for its intricate façade detailing and I’m proud of my involvement in 6 More London for its outstanding architectural quality and contractor collaboration.

1 Golden Lane stands out for the scale of its constructional and managerial challenges. The way the team has come together to deliver this highly complex commercial project, with heritage proportions, new cores, new façades and upward extensions, has been truly impressive.”

What excites you most about stepping into the Project Director role and leading delivery going forward?

“It’s people. We work in what must be one of the most collaborative industries of all.

I look forward to continuing to build new connections and opening channels to the exciting world that lies beyond the planning consent.

After all, in construction, you are never finished with acquiring knowledge or learning, and I firmly believe there is no more fertile environment for this than a people-orientated synergy between architects and contractors.”
