The open-plan layout integrates different functionalities and work modes into a holistic space that encourages collaboration. A contemporary palette of colours that makes a nod to the area's history and sustainable finishes reflect current working attitudes while distinguishing spaces for different work modes.

Circular economy principles were embedded into our designs from the beginning. We've reused existing materials where possible and introduced materials with high recycled content like terrazzo, recycled PET panels and worktops, tables/chairs made out of recycled coffee beans and plastic fishnets, and made use of sustainably sourced timber.

The theme of flexibility is further continued in the reception, completely overhauling the space and transforming it into a unique, non-traditional area with a multi-purpose desk, modular furniture that can be reconfigured depending on requirements and integrated joinery and tea point, giving this area the ability to transform into different modes and cater for various activities.
