We transformed a previously dark and tired reception with a palette of light and contemporary natural materials to create a bright, welcoming space. From the street, new signage and planters establish the building’s new identity and wayfinding. Inside, warm oak panelling lines the reception, lift and core. An illuminated mesh wall showcases the brand, and large media screens greet visitors updating them on subjects from air quality to travel.
“We upgraded several vacant office floors to a CAT A standard and included a high-end, end of trip facilities including showers, WCs and locker room by converting an existing basement car park, generating a new and improved building route for users to enjoy.”
