Grade II listed office refurbishment in a prime St James’s Location.
This Grade II listed building was comprehensively refurbished to provide grade A office space over 5 floors with a sitting retail tenant in occupation throughout. The main circulation space features restored marble wall cladding and a new mirrored lift shaft that creates drama within the space.
The design of each office floor responds to the individual features of the space maximising ceiling heights and exposing historic coving, panelling and fireplaces. Unused space within the existing pavement vaults has been converted to provide occupier facilities including cycle store, showers, lockers and drying room.
