Situated in a prestige location on the corner of Grosvenor Place and Hobart Place overlooking the gardens of Buckingham Palace, this striking white monolithic building has been a prestigious commercial building since 2001.
The building is predominantly office use however there are two restaurants, a retail space and communal facilities on the ground floor, including a large atrium with stepping section of the glazing at rear.
Our refurbishment of the building transforms the tired and dated finishes into a vibrant and elegant environment.
Emphasis has been placed on modern interventions and high-end finishes. Greenery offers interaction opportunities with nature, including two vertical planting hosting living plants and planters built into the bespoke banquette seating.
Where existing breakout spaces were often unused and forgotten, a real focus and attention has been given to make them come alive and provide purpose to these areas.
