Completed in November 2016, 20 North Audley Street is a CAT A office refurbishment undertaken for Thornspire Ltd. Located in Mayfair, just off Oxford Street, the building has been refurbished to provide exceptional office space, a new entrance/reception and basement occupier facilities including cycle parking, showers and lockers.

The previous office entrance had little street presence and suffered due to retail frontages either side of it. Part of the entrance upgrade involved the removal of a large stone column to create a wider glazed opening with a new black anodised canopy and framing for better definition.

Rather than being overly corporate, the reception, common parts and WCs are all designed using materials more commonly associated with the high-end residential sector. Oak parquet flooring, charred larch and marble tiles form the key material pallet which is used throughout the building.
