Part of The Crown Estate's Regent Street regeneration, Apple Retail took our forward-thinking office refurbishment of 26,000ft2 before PC.

Our transformation of an empty office building in The Crown Estate's Quadrant block just off Regent Street is fully let to Apple Retail. Our refurbishment of the Grade II listed building at 21 Glasshouse Street creates 26,000ft2 of exemplary office space with a BREEAM Excellent.

We inserted a new lift core which enabled us to relocate the office entrance from Regent Street to Glasshouse Street unifying the existing retail street frontage that is dominant on Regent Street. The new office entrance is framed by a unique bronze canopy and will showcase light and art leaning towards its vibrant Soho location. A carved solid stone desk is something amazing; our artist Simon Hitchens found the perfect rock to use.

On the top floor, we discovered an empty double height mansard which was transformed into 4,000ft2 of prime office space with full height glass sliding doors that lead out to terraces, meadows and dramatic views across London.
