Completed in 2019, 25 Victoria Street is a CAT A office refurbishment undertaken for LaSalle Investments. Located at the eastern end of Victoria Street the building now provides grade A office space with a new entrance/reception and occupier facilities.

The existing entrance and reception were extremely dated and created a poor first impression. The new shop fronts and interior fit-out have produced a high-end space with its own character and feel.
