After standing empty for 13 years, our sensitive but dramatic additions led to a full pre-let of this 100,000ft2 Thames Valley office building.
Completed in November 2014, the previously vacant building at 450 South Oak Way in Green Park Business Park was extended and extensively refurbished to create an exemplary headquarters office building. The finished building achieved an EPC B and BREEAM Excellent as well as being awarded a commendation in the BCO Awards.
