Our refurbishment of this prestigious site strikes a careful balance between Dulwich College’s historic background and their commitment to providing a forward-thinking and pupil-focussed environment. We refurbished 40 classrooms, 10 associated teaching spaces, and we restored corridors and stairwells. New heating, electrical and IT services were carefully threaded through the buildings during each phase of works to keep disruption to a minimum on the live site.

Each refurbished space has been carefully laid out to allow for modern teaching styles while respecting the historic Grade II* listed building fabric. The result is an environment in which pupils, their teachers, families and the wider community can thrive and learn.
