Our refurbishment of this Grade II listed building in London’s West End transformed the space into the Crown Estate’s first dedicated co-working workplace. At the time of completion it was the world’s first flexible office building to achieve WELL ‘Platinum’ rating, demonstrating the client’s commitment to health and wellbeing. We designed One Heddon Street to foster creativity in an elegant, calm environment; a unique workplace with wellness at its heart.
