Creative interventions have allowed this 15-year-old building to compete against the best Thames Valley new builds.

Following a 14-year period of vacancy, the building has been modernised through a CAT A fit-out and rejuvenated with a series of interventions. The finished building provides 98,000ft2 of office space over five floors with BREEAM Excellent accreditation.
