Our feasibility approach for this proposal was driven by early and sustained engagement with key stakeholders to ensure cohesive design options, effective collaboration and clear programme benefits.
We considered the adjacent Conservation Area and proposed to consult with Westminster City Council, Historic England and the 20th Century Society, with whom we have strong working relationships.
Our appraisal of the existing building, access and general constraints led us to propose a gallery access with 100% dual aspect apartments. Proposals also included a rooftop extension in keeping with the design of the listed building.
