Natural light now floods the previously in the otherwise windowless end-of-trip facilities allows natural light to flood the newly built amenities, and boosts staff wellbeing and productivity.
Materials
Within the reception and entrance area, we got rid of the low ceilings to create a more open space. Contemporary details like the fluted reception desk and statement lights, biophilia and a new breakout area give the space a welcoming and relaxed look.
We have created a new amenity block at the rear of the building to support users and tenants with end of journey amenities, including cycle storage, showers, changing rooms and lockers. The new block continues the theme applied in the reception with timber cladding and a muted colour palette for the unisex bathrooms.
