High quality timeless materials have been used in the reception design, with 'nods' to the triangular form of the building, creating a synergy to align with the building itself.
The enlarged reception creates touch down working space and access to different parts of the building along with a brand new triple height bespoke feature staircase.

“We were bold and targeted with interventions to the façade. The adaptation of the solar shading and introduction of balconies and planting has transformed how the building sits within its context and interacts with the public realm.”
Jonathan Allwood, Director

Durable finishes were selected, for example, the stone in the reception, which is long lasting and timeless. This ensures the interiors will remain relevant and contemporary looking for many years, minimising the need for further refurbishments.

Brand new office end of trip amenity has been introduced to the basement, creating a light and bright space for all users comprising cycle storage, showers, lockers and changing facilities.

Office floor plates have been upgraded to create a light and airy feel, fully maximising the 360 degree daylight. Floors 2-6 have access to private terraces, which have been carefully designed to be seamlessly inserted within the triangular facade bays.
Accessed off large sliding doors, the terraces offer entertainment and collaboration spaces for office users providing fresh air and views across south London.
