Regent Street Mezzanine is a flexible space that showcases The Crown Estate's diverse property portfolio in this world-class destination.
The Regent Street Mezzanine is located on a single floor within 7 Air Street, the first BREEAM outstanding rated listed building in the country.
The fit-out reflects the rich heritage of Regent Street which has nearly 200 years of history and draws upon the elegant façades and sweeping curve the street is known for. There is a flexible presentation and exhibition space including an interactive media table model and coffee bar for informal meetings.
The existing space has an irregular form and very low floor to ceiling heights so the challenge was creating a visually cohesive space that met the demands of the complex brief.
The Regent Street Mezzanine is the first BREEAM outstanding rated listed building in the country.
